Classic charm near the Alster

In an elegant late-19th-century villa near the Alster, classic architecture and contemporary interior design merge into a harmonious whole. Across approximately 440 m², a residential concept was created that respects the historic fabric while bringing a modern, warm living aesthetic to life. In the dining room, a custom-made dark oak table forms the center of the space. Soft wall tones, refined textiles, and subtle lighting create a calm, inviting atmosphere. Modern chairs by B&B Italia provide a delicate contrast and emphasize the room’s timeless character. The interplay of historic stucco elements and a clear design language lends the interior an elegant, balanced tension. The children’s rooms are designed to be bright, functional, and cozy at the same time. Bespoke furniture made from natural materials, combined with subtle color accents, creates a harmonious balance between lightness and comfort. Every detail follows a clear concept that stylishly combines personality with everyday practicality. In the master bathroom, soft colors, carefully selected materials, and precise lines create a warm, tranquil atmosphere. Modern fittings and a spacious shower blend into a clear, timeless overall look—a retreat that unites elegance and well-being. The overall concept thrives on the balance of texture, color, and materiality. Fine textile structures, natural surfaces, and thoughtfully considered details create rooms with character. Places where tradition and modernity meet effortlessly.
